Yoga & Pilates classes
Our Yoga and Pilates classes take place in a bright room that exudes calm and is at the same time inviting and friendly.
Space for 20 participants
Our bright, quiet room offers space for around 20 participants.
Equipment included
All the props you need are available in the studio.
Flexible class times
Different classes at different times to suit every need.
Our class duration
Class duration range from 45 to 75 minutes.
From challenging and strengthening Pilates classes to flowing Vinyasa sessions, calming Hatha Yoga, and deeply relaxing Yin Yoga classes – there’s something for everyone.

About me
My Motto:

Yoga is more than just movement – it combines strength, mindfulness, and spiritual growth. Even before my first class, I was fascinated, but the moment I stepped onto the mat, it was love at first sight!
Pilates perfectly complements this journey – with conscious movement, body control, and gentle strength. Both disciplines teach us to be present in the moment, calm the mind, and find inner balance.
My passion is to share Yoga and Pilates so that everyone can experience themselves in a new way and step into life feeling stronger and more balanced.
